38. Discontinued Consumer Products – certain brand names have developed a loyal following of consumers; everything from shampoo to makeup to cereal.

For investors that are able to stockpile products prior to them being discontinued, they make be able to take advantage of existing demand that has no supply to satisfy it.

Some boxes of cereal, for instance, that were priced at $5 per box, might sell for $10 or 20 per box to rabid fans when the manufacturer stops making the cereal.

but later brought back by popular demand
